Anna Voon began her real estate career in residential sales and rentals, later transitioning into commercial real estate to meet growing client demand. Early in her journey across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, she helped clients activate unused urban land by converting it into temporary car parks, generating short-term value while awaiting future development. She also worked with retail-style terrace properties — commonly known as shop-offices or apartment-style units in Malaysia — and facilitated budget hotel arrangements, liaising between landlords and management companies.
A few years ago, Anna relocated from the northern countryside to Melbourne. Adapting to a new culture while raising her children on her own was both challenging and transformative. Through this experience, she developed a deep understanding of life both inside and outside the city. Working with several agencies in Melbourne, she immersed herself in the structure, pace, and property landscape of the city.
Today, with over 12 years of experience, Anna specialises in the sales and leasing of industrial properties in Melbourne’s southeastern suburbs. Multilingual in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Malay, and Hainanese, she connects easily with diverse clients and brings a grounded, resilient perspective to every transaction.

Chris Blake brings over three decades of hands-on leadership in civil construction, quarry operations, and heavy haulage. Starting his career as a surveyor, he went on to lead and expand a family-run business in southwest Victoria, earning a strong reputation for reliability, community values, and operational excellence.
As Company Advisor to VB Pro, Chris works closely with founder Anna VB, offering direct support and practical guidance on business strategy, operations, and growth. His calm, grounded approach and depth of experience make him a trusted sounding board in shaping VB Pro’s direction and decision-making.

Over the past 20+ years with the real estate industry, Fawad Mastoi has already become one of its success stories. Beginning in 2003, Fawad soon moved to a commercial role and later to a senior property manager role where he developed his natural talents while leading a team and managing over 200 mixed Commercial properties. This provided extensive knowledge of the Retail, Commercial, Corporate and Industrial sector of our business.
Responsible, tenacious with an excellent eye for detail and a solid commitment to personal accountability, Fawad leaves no stone unturned to achieve optimum results for all parties.

Away from the pace of the office, he enjoys cooking, building, repairing electronic gadgets, and spending time with his family.
